Morocco is and remains a country full of warmth. And that doesn't just mean the sunny temperatures and heart-warming hospitality in the North African country. Above all, the country's typical cuisine with its countless spices, traditional preparations and manifold nuances of taste leaves a blissful and cosy feeling that lasts far beyond a single visit.

On their joint culinary journey through Morocco, Rob and Sophia Palmer also gathered just such impressions. Surprising encounters, attentive observations, spontaneous explorations, cordial family reunions and, above all, a number of tempting recipes were lovingly captured by the two in their book "Zu Gast in Marokko" (Colour of Moroc). Detailed food photographs and wonderful snapshots of ingredients, dishes and people reflect the love, laughter and joie de vivre of the Moroccan culinary world. Short background stories tell of personal insights into the culture of the country and make this work more than just a cookbook.
