cabins

For us as lovers of architecture and design, "Cabins" by Philip Jodidio is an absolute must-have on the bookshelf. Not only because it presents unique designs such as Werner Aisslinger's "Loftcube" or Robin Falck's "Nido". But also because it confirms our belief that you don't need a lot of space for a happy and comfortable living experience.

One feature that distinguishes "Cabins" for us from other works of a similar kind, however, is the trenchant illustrations by Cruschiform. With her unmistakable style, the French artist Marie-Laure Cruschi knows excellently how to emphasize architectural features and breathe life into rigid constructions by means of geometric shapes and fine textures. With an equally specific choice of colours, the character of each cabin is also put into the right light, in order to present each design in "Cabins" in an illustrative and impressive way.
